draping, unfolding, pleating, stretching, re-stretching,

gathering,
sewing, dying, unstitching.
So that it releases all possible.
The language of the material that lets itself be loved,

embellished, magnified, sublimated.
A superposition and manipulation

of fabrics, the illusion.
The eye that sees wrong.
The gaze flickers in the illusion of a painting,

the curtain and even the dress.
Hollow, shadows, lines and lines,

folds in the folds,
fragments of emotions, the smooth canvas manipulated

to extract new horizons.
The textile is there.

Plier, replier, creuser, froisser,
draper, déplier, plisser, tendre, retendre,

froncer,
coudre, teinter, découdre.
Pour qu’il en dégage tous les possibles.
Le langage de la matière qui se laisse aimer,

embellir, magnifier, sublimer.
Une superposition et une manipulation

des étoffes, le trompe l’oeil.
L’oeil qui se trompe.
Le regard vacille dans l’illusion d’une peinture,

du rideau et même de la robe.
Des creux, des ombres, des lignes et des lignes,

des plis dans les plis,
des bribes d’émotions, la toile lisse manipulée

pour en extraire de nouveaux horizons.
Le textile est là.
